Lokisimo Support & Policies:

Lokisimo Money Back Guarantee: Covers most transactions. If an item is not received or not as described, the buyer can get a refund.

Timeframes: Buyers have up to 30 calendar days after the actual/estimated delivery date to report an issue. Sellers must respond within 3 business days.

Asking for Help: If a dispute is not resolved, either party can ask Lokisimo to step in. Lokisimo will typically review and respond within 48 hours.

Returns: For "Item Not As Described" cases, the seller is responsible for return shipping.

Seller Protections: If a buyer returns a used or damaged item, sellers may be able to deduct a portion of the refund. However, if Lokisimo steps in to help, this deduction option may be lost.

Contact & Behavior: Lokisimo requires members to communicate within their platform to ensure protection. Abusive, threatening, or defamatory behavior in messages or feedback is prohibited
